Dimitris Kyriakatis is the Co-Founder and CEO of Workearly Group, a technology-driven education group comprising three companies, with a focus on innovation, digital learning, and workforce development.
Under his leadership, Workearly has grown from a bootstrapped startup into a leading EdTech platform, serving more than 200,000 customers across four markets: Greece, the United Kingdom, Cyprus, and Poland.
With a background in software engineering and a degree in Computer Engineering and Informatics from the University of Patras, Dimitris combines technical expertise with entrepreneurial leadership. He founded Workearly with a vision to transform professional education through technology, gamification, and accessible, career-focused learning experiences.
In June 2024, Workearly secured €1.1 million in funding, led by Metavallon VC, marking a significant milestone in the company's growth and international expansion.
Today, Dimitris leads the strategic direction of Workearly Group, overseeing its three companies, international operations, and continued investment in AI-powered learning technologies. His focus remains on scaling innovative education solutions, expanding into new markets, and building a sustainable international EdTech business.
