Theo Vasileiadis is a serial entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience in technology, human capital, and innovation. He co-founded Kariera Group, a leading HR tech company in Southeastern Europe, and has launched over ten ventures across Europe and Asia.
Known for building high-performing teams and scaling businesses, Theo is also an educator, mentor, and author. He teaches Entrepreneurship at BCA / University of West London and speaks regularly on leadership and the future of work. A committed YPO member, he served on the Greek Chapter Board and is part of the YPO Presidents’ Program at Harvard Business School.
As a facilitator, Theo creates safe spaces for reflection and growth, blending empathy with momentum. He holds degrees in Economics & Finance and has completed executive programs at HBS and Singularity University.
