HR Summer School Certification by SHRM

By the end of the HR Summer School, participants will be able to: i) Understand and apply key principles of HR Management in both local and global contexts, ii) Design and implement effective Talent Acquisition and Recruiting strategies, iii) Leverage Artificial Intelligence tools and techniques to optimize HR functions, iv) Develop and enhance essential Soft Skills required for HR professionals, v) Implement Employer Branding strategies and promote Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) in practical settings, vi) Utilize HR Analytics and Metrics to drive data-informed decisions, and vii) Collaborate on a Final Project that transforms knowledge into action through teamwork and real-world application.
